Public photos of people

When you seal a photo, you publish it on a public mosaic square or Earth pin. Anyone can view the photo and its caption. Do not upload photos of other people without a lawful basis and their consent where required.

City-level location

Earth pins store coordinates rounded to about two decimal degrees for placement. Public pages show a city or region label you choose (or a coarse fallback). Precise GPS coordinates are not shown on public pages unless you explicitly enable that for your own pin.

Retention

Sealed photos stay public until you delete them or moderation removes them. Account, waitlist, and moderation logs are kept as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties.

Deletion

You can delete your sealed photo from your account controls on humans.neytom.com. That frees the square and removes public image files. Cached copies at CDNs or search indexes may take a short time to expire after purge.

Moderation & DSA reports

We review reports of illegal or policy-breaking content. Use “Report this photo” on a sealed page or contact us. We may hide, block, or remove content and notify the uploader. Appeals: [email protected] with the photo URL and your account email.

Waitlist email (double opt-in)

If you join a waitlist or receive transactional mail, we confirm the address (double opt-in) before marketing-style messages. You can unsubscribe from non-essential mail via the link in the email.

Cookies

• Essential — session (HUMANSSESSID), security, CSRF, and your cookie choice. Required for login and sealing a photo.
• Analytics — only after “Accept all”. With “Essential only”, we do not load Google analytics tags.
