Terms of Use

Human Capsule · humans.neytom.com · Neytom Services SRL · Effective: 5 October 2026

The service

Human Capsule lets you seal one real photo on a public mosaic square or Earth pin. It is not hosting/VPS, not a collage generator, and does not claim that anything is sent to space.

Your content

• You must have the rights to publish the photo and any people depicted.
• No nudity, pornography, illegal content, hate, or spam.
• Photos you seal are public. City/region may appear with Earth pins.
• We may moderate, hide, or remove content under our privacy & DSA report flow.

Accounts & founder spots

One sealed photo per person. The first founder free spots are limited (see the live counter on the site). After that, paid claims follow the price shown at checkout. Free holds after upload expire if you do not finish sealing in time.

Deletion

You may delete your photo from your account. Moderation removals may also delete public files. See Privacy — Deletion.
